Field Day Volunteers Needed!

Hip, hip hooray it’s almost Field Day! Field Day will take place on Friday, May 9th, and this event is 100% volunteer-run. We truly could not do it without you! Here are some important details to review before you sign up:

Morning Stations: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Afternoon Stations: 12:15 PM - 2:15 PM

Due to the nature of this event, we kindly ask for adult only volunteers

Please register each volunteer individually (do not list couples/multiple people per sign up slot)

List your student(s) teacher(s) in the comments. Volunteers are hand-placed to best ensure you get to see your student(s) at your station. Please be patient as the volunteer schedule is created.

Arrive 15 minutes early for your shift to check in and receive your visitor identification badge

All volunteers are permitted to each lunch with their student! Please pack a bag lunch.

All volunteers must submit their Lakota District Volunteer Application and Raptor Background check ($18, valid for three years at all Lakota school buildings) prior to the event. Do not wait to submit as applications can take up to 72 hours to process
